Founded in 1985 in New York by artistic director David Parsons and Tony Award-winning lighting designer Howell Binkley, Parsons Dance, known for its energized and athletic ensemble work, has collaborated with numerous iconic dancers and choreographers. The company has spread the joy of dance over 450 cities, 30 countries and 5 continents for the most notable theaters, festivals, and presenters worldwide.

Parsons Dance engages thousands of audience members each year with its athletic and energized repertory. With an annual two-week season at The Joyce Theatre in New York City as well as international and domestic tours, the company is sharing the joy of dance with communities all over the world.
